II Peter 3:10-13
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth (1093 in the Strongs Greek dictionary, could be translated world) and the works that are in it will be burned up.
11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Isaiah 33:6 tells us:
6 Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation; the fear of the LORD is His treasure.
The word times, if you will look in the Strongs again in the Hebrew dictionary, means a particular time, a season, age.
Isaiah 11:6-9
6 " The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 The cow and the bear shall graze; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 The nursing child shall play by the cobra's hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper's den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea (knowledge from the Tree of Life accomplishes this restoration).
Psalm 102:18-20
18 This will be written for the generation to come, that a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.
19 For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; from heaven the LORD viewed the earth,
20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner, to release those appointed to death,
I Peter 1:23 speaks of this.
23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever (that word is Jesus),
Proverbs 3:13-19 explains this.
13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding;
14 For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, and her gain than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies, and all the things you may desire cannot compare with her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand, in her left hand riches and honor.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her, and happy are all who retain her.
19 The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding He established the heavens;
Let us close with Revelation 21:4
4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
